“I believe one of the next great moves of God is going to be through the believers in the workplace.”

-Billy Graham

Workplace Ministries

Today, we are witnessing the truth of Billy Graham’s words about the workplace.

At the heart of this ministry is the belief that gospel transformation happens through relationships. Everyday interactions with coworkers often form the pathways God uses to bring transformation in people’s lives. In this way, the workplace becomes an important context where believers can faithfully live out their faith day by day and become, as we often say, “missionaries in the marketplace.”

Did you know the American workforce represents one of the largest and most accessible mission fields in the world? As of July 2025, the U.S. civilian labor force consists of approximately 170 million people—making it, by population size, the eighth-largest mission field globally! It is larger than Russia, Mexico, Iran, Germany, and many other nations.

Furthermore, the DFW Metroplex alone has a population larger than the majority of U.S. states, making it a strategic and ideal place to centralize our work of raising up missionaries and equipping disciple-makers in the workplace.

In 2024, Nathan joined Kingdom Focus Coaching to make disciples, share the gospel, serve the suffering, and mobilize the church in the marketplace. With over 22 years in the business world, God has faithfully equipped Nathan specifically for this work, preparing him to serve as a minister and missionary for both believers and non-believers throughout workplaces in the Dallas–Fort Worth area.

Nathan regularly shares the gospel, prays with team members, establishes Bible studies and discipleship groups, and equips Christians to live out their faith at work with gentleness and respect. His heart is to see believers care for their coworkers, customers, and vendors as they faithfully represent Christ in their workplaces.

Currently, this work includes serving, teaching, and caring for nearly 1,000 team members across more than a dozen companies. Engagement happens through weekly or bi-weekly visits that include hospital visits, evangelism training, devotionals, all-staff gatherings, and many other relational touchpoints. Each interaction is designed to build trust, foster meaningful relationships, and model what it looks like to live out faith at work.

In following Jesus’ command to seek first the Kingdom, companies are never charged or invoiced for this ministry, and all staff-care conversations are handled with the utmost confidentiality.
