Trog Trogdon
Trog trusted Christ as his Lord and Savior at five years old and his faith in Jesus has shaped him ever since.
After graduating high school, he earned his BBA and MBA from Campbell University in North Carolina. Following his degrees, Trog came to Texas for what he thought was a business opportunity, but the Lord had different plans.
For almost twenty years, Trog has served in leadership roles for multiple ministry endeavors, such as being a Cares Team with Apartment Life Ministries, helping plant 1042 Church in Frisco, and being a Discipleship Minister with Christ Church Plano. Just before launching Kingdom Focus Coaching, he served as an urban missionary and VP of Discipleship with Bonton Farms where he invested his time making disciples.
Trog is married to a beautiful woman named Mendi and has three children, Sevyn, Rok, and Truth. If you get to spend time with him, you will often hear him talking about seeking first the Kingdom, losing your life in order to save it, and the importance of discipleship. He is passionate about helping the poor, sharing his faith in Christ, encouraging and equipping people to be all Jesus has called them to be.

Luke Lucas
Luke serves as a Deacon at Prestonwood Baptist Church and is also on the security team. He and his wife, Amanda, also serve together in the student ministry. Luke has been married to Amanda for 17 years and they have 3 children. He is originally from North Carolina but has been in Texas now for over 18 years and considers it home. Luke is a Sales Director for Blue Cross/Blue Shield of Texas and has been with them for over 10 years. He enjoys Brazilian jiujitsu training, playing golf, spending time with family and friends and loves being outdoors in any capacity.
Luke is a founding board member of Kingdom Focus Coaching because he wants to see the gospel spread throughout the world and loves helping those is need.

Cort quigley
Cort serves as a Deacon and Life Group teacher for young married couples at Prestonwood Baptist Church. He has been married for 16 years and has two children. He and his wife, Bobbi, enjoy volunteering and are involved in several charitable organizations. Cort has spent the majority of his professional career in various roles of sales leadership. He enjoys building organizations and leading sales teams. Cort is currently the Director of Recruitment for an executive recruiting firm focusing on executives in the commercial construction industry. In his free time, Cort enjoys spending time with his family, playing basketball, volleyball and combat sports, and holding a black belt in Brazilian jiujitsu.
Cort is a founding board member of Kingdom Focus Coaching because of his passion for discipleship and helping people grow in their walks with Jesus.

matt schneider
Matt was a Deacon and Sunday School Teacher at Prestonwood Baptist Church until God called him to be a part of a church plant in Celina, The Trails Church. Matt is a devoted husband of 12 years and father of 5 children. He has been in medical sales for the majority of his career and runs a Christian lawn and landscape company, Harvest Exteriors. He enjoys coaching youth sports, traveling and golf.
Matt is a founding board member of Kingdom Focus Coaching because of his heart for the poor and his devotion for making disciples.
