This is the amount of money that it takes to change a life of poverty, forever. 

Eighteen dollars purchases 3 ducks through World Vision's Gift Catalog. In their own words... "Giving three ducks to a hungry family allows them to benefit from hundreds of large, protein-rich eggs throughout the year. Extra eggs and hatched ducklings can be sold to buy medicine or help pay for children’s school tuition."

The wise men travelled long distances to give gifts to our King in honor of His birth. We can honor His birth in the same way today. It is Jesus who told us that whenever we give to those in need, we are actually giving to Him (Matthew 25:40)
