How Wise Are You...

Job 28:28 (NASB) "And to man He said, 'Behold, the fear of the Lord, that is wisdom; And to depart from evil is understanding.'"

Job goes on and discusses the covenant he made with his eyes and talks about why he couldn't do evil stating in Job 31:23 (HCSB) "For disaster from God terrifies me, and because of His majesty I could not do [these things]."

So, how wise are you…

Do you fear the Lord? Does the thought of His loving discipline keep you from sinning? Do you "depart" or "avoid" sin at all costs or flirt with danger?

May our Lord give us the wisdom that honors Him and understanding to walk purely.
